These are the terms for using Days of Supply. Using the app means you accept them. They're written in plain language on purpose.
Days of Supply is a tool for keeping track of household supplies and working out how long they would last. It counts what you enter and does arithmetic on it.
The medicine features count what you enter and divide by the doses you specify. The app does not give medical advice, does not recommend doses, and does not tell you how much of anything to keep. Those are decisions for you and your prescriber or pharmacist. Never change or stretch a prescription because of a number in this app.
The app includes general safety notes — about carbon monoxide, generators, open flame, fuel storage, propane cylinders and similar. These are reminders, not a substitute for the manufacturer's instructions, local building or fire codes, or professional advice. Follow the equipment's own documentation.
The app can record ammunition, tackle and hunting gear as inventory, and can estimate the food value of game. It does not advise on hunting, firearm handling or storage. Seasons, licences, bag limits, transport rules and storage requirements are set by law where you live, and it is your responsibility to follow them. An emergency does not suspend them.
Your inventory belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of anything you enter. You can export it as a spreadsheet at any time and delete it whenever you like. What we do with it is described in the privacy page.
The free tier has no limit on the number of items, kits or locations you can record. It limits label scanning to 25 photos a month, because each scan costs us money. Manual entry is never limited.
Paid plans add unlimited scanning, the outage planner, medication and document tracking, email reminders, printable reports and multiple properties.
If the app isn't what you expected, email within 30 days of paying and we'll refund you. No argument and no form to fill in. After 30 days we'll still look at it — just ask.
We try to keep the app running and to keep your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Features may change, and occasionally something may be removed. Because the app is designed to work offline, your inventory stays readable on your device even when the service isn't reachable — and you should keep an exported copy of anything you'd hate to lose.
You can stop and delete your account whenever you want. We can suspend or close an account that's being used to break these terms or to harm the service, and we'll tell you why. If we shut the service down entirely, we'll give notice by email with enough time to export your data, and refund any unused prepaid period.
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for decisions made based on the app's estimates, or for loss of data. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to what you've paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits liability for anything that can't lawfully be limited.
If these terms change materially, we'll email account holders rather than editing quietly. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
